Purchasing Policy and Product Availability

At Clemont, we strive to maintain an up-to-date inventory of our products on our website. Product availability is indicated when you select the item, color, and size in your shopping cart. If a purchased product is unavailable after your order has been processed, you will be notified and can cancel the purchase for a refund.

Ordering Hours

You can place orders at any time, as our website is available 24/7. Orders placed after 3:00 pm, as well as on weekends and holidays, will be processed the next business day.

*During special events on the retail calendar, such as Black Friday, Hot Sale, the December peak season, and other relevant promotional campaigns, processing and delivery times may be extended to 20 to 30 business days. Response times on our official channels (WhatsApp, email, and social media) may also be longer.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order before it is dispatched, this must be done within two hours of order confirmation, provided the order was placed before noon. Orders placed after noon have until the following day to be modified.

Pricing Policy

Payment and Order Processing

Once you are finalizing your order, you will be redirected to our partner payment gateway to complete the online transaction. These gateways are operated by Mercado Pago and Addi. Through these gateways, we accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Cencosud), debit/bank transfer via PSE, and installment payments.

When a User proceeds with payment for a purchase through Mercado Pago and ADDI, and after the purchase summary is displayed during the sales process, they will temporarily leave the Clemont platform and then re-enter once the payment status (rejected or approved) is known. During this entire period, the terms and conditions of Mercado Pago or ADDI applicable to the payment transaction will apply.

When the User includes personal data for payment processing, such as credit card number, identity document, email address, among others, the use and protection of said data are governed by the terms and conditions of Mercado Pago and ADDI.
