Shipping Policy
User/Consumer Responsibility:
The user and/or consumer has the obligation to actively collaborate to facilitate successful delivery of the order. This involves providing accurate and complete information at the time of purchase and being available or designating an authorized representative to receive the product. In the event of failure to comply with these responsibilities, Clemont reserves the right to cancel delivery, without prejudice to any other applicable legal action.
Transfer of Ownership:
The purchased products will be considered the property of the customer once Clemont has confirmed receipt of the corresponding full payment. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the user/consumer at the time of purchase.
Missing:
If at the time of receiving the product you observe that the packaging is not in optimal conditions, or shows signs of having been altered, it is the customer's duty to place the observation in the receipt guide. Likewise, it is the duty of the same to carry out film proof, which demonstrates the state in which the product arrived, likewise at the time of opening and accounting for the products, it is observed that there is a shortage in it.
The end client must attach these proofs and they must be sent to the email contact@clemont.co or through the WhatsApp line +573052899827 , where you will be given the instructions and steps to follow.
These types of claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the products.
CLEMONT.CO SAS is exempt from liability if at the time of receiving the product there is no record in the transport company's guide of the poor packaging or the state in which the product arrived, likewise if in the video provided, it is observed that the product had already been opened previously, or inconsistencies are observed.
