Purchases made through www.clemont.co are shipped to more than 1,200 municipalities in Colombia via Interrapidísimo, who guarantees security, coverage, and quality of service.
The delivery time from when you place your order is 1 business day for the Medellín Metropolitan Area, 3 to 5 business days for main cities such as Medellín, Bogotá, Cali, Manizales, Armenia, Pereira, Barranquilla, 3 to 7 business days for secondary cities, up to 10 business days for the rest of the country and special regions up to 12 days.
The delivery promise begins upon approval of payment by the bank, which carries out several verification processes to confirm the validity of the purchase; these timeframes vary depending on the bank and are completely outside the responsibility of www.clemont.com.co
Please note that if your payment is confirmed Monday through Friday, the first business day is the day the payment confirmation is received, and the delivery time begins counting from that day. However, if your payment is confirmed on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, the delivery time begins counting from the next business day.
During special dates, promotional events, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday, delivery times may be up to one week longer. Orders may be delayed during these periods due to high shipping volume; we greatly appreciate your understanding and assure you that we will do everything we can to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
In situations of force majeure (inventory issues, fraud, billing errors), CLEMONT SAS reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the sale/order and is obligated to inform the customer within the first two business days and issue the corresponding refund. Such cancellation will not generate any additional liability for CLEMONT SAS, nor will it entitle the customer to claim compensation for damages.
User/Consumer Responsibility:
The user and/or consumer is obligated to actively cooperate to facilitate successful delivery of the order. This includes providing accurate and complete information at the time of purchase and being available or designating an authorized representative to receive the product. In the event of non-compliance with these responsibilities, Clemont reserves the right to cancel the delivery, without prejudice to any other applicable legal action.
If, upon receiving the product, the user notices that the packaging is not in optimal condition or shows signs of tampering, they are responsible for noting this on the delivery receipt. Likewise, the user is responsible for recording the condition of the product upon arrival, as well as documenting any missing items when opening and counting the contents of the package.

These types of claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the products.
CLEMONT.CO SAS is exempt from responsibility if, at the time of receiving the product, the poor packaging or the condition in which the product arrived is not noted on the carrier's guide, as well as if the video provided shows that the product had already been opened previously, or shows inconsistencies in the product.
