Return Policy, Guarantees, Retraction and Shortages

CLEMONT.CO SAS, a company created through a private document and registered with the Medellín Chamber of Commerce for Antioquia, with domicile in the city of Medellín, in the midst of its own autonomy as a company that sells clothing, beauty items and clothing accessories, complying with the legal provisions that you are obliged to apply, such as what is established in Law 1480 of 2011 and Regulatory Decree 735 of April 17, 2012, thus establishing the following Returns, Guarantee and Guarantee Policy. Retract.

It should be kept in mind that this document has two parts, one covers final customers and the second covers authorized distributors of the brand.

POLICIES APPLIED TO THE END CONSUMER

RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES

Our return policy lasts 30 calendar days from the time the product reaches the customer or the day it is purchased at our direct sales point. If more than 30 calendar days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a credit balance or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with the original labels, without damage to them. The return, exchange and/or warranty process may take between 1 to 20 calendar days depending on product availability.

CLEMONT.CO SAS will never refund money already paid, the client may have the balance in favor of the pledge already paid, it will be valid for one year following the moment the code is provided to redeem this balance. in favor. Communication that will be made through email, telephone or WhatsApp that are in the company's databases. If the item chosen for exchange is of a higher price, the client must pay the excess, but if it is of a lower price, the client will have the difference as a balance in favor.

Returns of underwear or swimwear are not accepted.

Other non-returnable items:

- Gift cards

- Health, beauty and personal care items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All items must be sent to the address Calle 24 sur #39-37 - Jardines de Montiel - Casa 116, to the name CLEMONT.CO SAS in the city of Medellín in Colombia. Return costs will be borne by the end customer.

Discounted items will not be subject to this return policy; the customer will not be able to return discounted products.

To exercise the right to exchange, the products must meet the following requirements:

  • The garment has not been worn.
  • Have all your labels.
  • Don't find yourself dirty.
  • Have no traces of use of deodorants or makeup with chemicals that discolor or deteriorate fabrics.
  • Have no traces of chemical or bleach use.
  • Not faded.
  • The garment should not have been altered or modified by the consumer.
  • The last of the garment must be perfect.
  • The print, applique or embroidery must not have inconsistencies due to washing, ironing or adulteration.
  • Be in the same conditions in which it was acquired.
  • They must retain the original label. We suggest that you try on the garments before removing them.
  • You must present the purchase invoice, or indicate the buyer's ID number.

Underwear, stockings, leggings, fragrances and jewelry do not have change.

GUARANTEE

As established in Law 1480 of 2011, in Title III, Chapter I, in articles 7 to 17; and in the provisions of Decree 735 of 2013, where the guarantee is regulated.

CLEMONT.CO SAS establishes a guarantee of 30 calendar days counted from the moment the end customer receives the product. This guarantee time is for all products marketed by CLEMONT.CO SAS.

The guarantee is for quality defects, for imperfections of the products, which will first be solved according to what is established in Colombian legislation, that is, a repair will be made to the original product if it allows it, if the customer does not accept repair. You will be able to obtain another product of the same reference and specifications, the balance in favor for purchases of other products or a refund of the money.

The warranty liability is limited if the customer does not follow the instructions for use of the products.

The process to request a guarantee is for the client to inform the email asistcalidad@clemont.co or through the WhatsApp line +573052899827 , the news they have with the garment, in order to give them the instructions to follow the process. The product under warranty must be sent to the address Calle 24 sur #39-37 - Jardines de Montiel - Casa 116, in the name CLEMONT.CO SAS in the city of Medellín in Colombia with a note indicating the reason for the shipment and the order number. The product should not be sent without first having authorization, since CLEMONT.CO SAS is not responsible for what happens with the product, since it needs to be monitored.

Once the product is at the aforementioned address, it will be subjected to a quality evaluation process to observe if the product actually has a quality problem, or if it was negligence on the part of the end consumer due to misuse. the garment.

If the guarantee is accepted, the person will be contacted, responding to it, and indicating whether the correction will be made to the product, or the other possibilities granted by Colombian legislation.

If the guarantee is not accepted, the client must assume the transportation costs incurred to process the request. The company will inform and send a statement where the technical reasons will be explained and, in the same way, photographic material for the rejection. of the warranty. The client must deposit the cost of transportation to the account where indicated, in order to send the product that was presented for warranty so that the client can have it back.

The maximum time to complete the guarantee process will be 30 business days, counting from the day following the date on which the consumer submits the guarantee request.

The terms that there are doubts and that have not been established in this policy will be resolved as provided by Colombian legislation and jurisprudence.

RETRACT

The withdrawal is enshrined in Law 1480 of 2011, Title VII, Chapter V, Article 47, this right may be executed by the final consumer, within 5 business days following the moment the customer receives the product.

This right only operates for purchases made through virtual channels; in-person sales are not covered by this right.

The end customer must contact the email contacto@clemont.co or through the WhatsApp line +573052899827 , within 5 business days following the moment the product arrives at your home and the delivery record is left by the transport company.

Once the person has communication, they will be given the steps to follow to exercise their right to withdrawal, which must bear the transportation costs to deliver the products to the address Calle 24 sur #39-37 - Jardines de Montiel - Casa 116, in the name of CLEMONT.CO SAS in the city of Medellín in Colombia, with an attached note indicating in the subject that the shipment is by withdrawal with the order number. The end customer must communicate first and wait for instructions before sending the products, since CLEMONT.CO SAS must track it.

The products must be preserved in the way they arrived, with the respective labels, labels, accessories or any other quality that does not detract from the product. The product must not be used, otherwise we cannot offer the right of withdrawal.

Once it is verified that the product is in the same condition as it was delivered to the end customer, the money will be returned to the same payment method used for the respective original purchase.

What is not enshrined herein will be resolved as provided in Colombian legislation and the jurisprudence of the specific topic.

MISSING

If at the time of receiving the product you observe that the packaging is not in optimal conditions, or shows signs of having been altered, it is the customer's duty to place the observation in the receipt guide. Likewise, it is the duty of the same to carry out film proof, which demonstrates the state in which the product arrived, likewise at the time of opening and accounting for the products, it is observed that there is a shortage in it.

These types of claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the products.

CLEMONT.CO SAS is exempt from liability if at the time of receiving the product there is no record in the transport company's guide of the poor packaging or the state in which the product arrived, likewise if in the video provided, it is observed that the product had already been opened previously, or inconsistencies are observed.
